RS Entertainment, run by Ex-Indian Kevin Rhomberg and Bob Scheonsky, purchased Lorain's baseball franchise in the Prospect League and took over the lease at the Pipe Yard.
RS Entertainment now controls the lease at the Pipe Yard for three years and is responsible for the upkeep and use of the facility. Plans to improve the facility include a permanent concession stand, permanent locker rooms, a party deck for fans and a seating area on the lawn beyond the outfield fence.
Baseball stadiums used for the Prospect League - a summer collegiate baseball league. The Prospect League has teams in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia.

Linda K. Epling Stadium to Host 2011 Prospect League All-Star Game
Linda K. Epling Stadium, home of the West Virginia Miners, will host the 2011 Prospect League All-Star game on July 13, 2011. Former Major League Baseball pitcher Kris Benson will be the key note speaker for the event. Benson finished his 10 year Major League career with a 70-75 record with a 4.42 ERA.
Linda K. Epling Stadium has 1,200 Premium/Field Box Seats that include a drink holder at every seat.
The mid-season All-Star game will start at 7:05 pm.
