League Stadium in Huntingburg Indiana was damaged again from the storms that hit on Wednesday. The center field wall was knocked down and is expected to be repaired in time for the season opener for the Dubois County Bombers.
League Stadium was original grandstand was built in 1894 and stabilized in 1985. In 1991 the stadium was completely renovated for the movie "A League of Their Own".
Baseball stadiums used for the Prospect League - a summer collegiate baseball league. The Prospect League has teams in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia.

League Stadium Hit with Major Damage From Spring Storms
Severe storms that passed through Huntingburg Indiana hit League Stadium and caused major damage to grandstand roof. Most of the grandstand roof on the third base side was ripped off along with right field wall was knocked down.
League Stadium (home of the DuBois County Bombers of the Prospect League) will follow the lead of City of Huntingburg officials if the stadium can be repaired in time for the season opener on June 2nd.
